Fast-paced printing and production company seeking a dependable, energetic, and motivated Production Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and grow within a stable company environment. No prior printing experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works with confidence, stays productive without constant supervision, and brings a strong work ethic every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on production support role where responsibilities may include:

• Folding brochures and printed materials
• Boxing finished products at the end of production lines
• Loading and unloading boxes/materials
• Assisting machine operators
• Cleaning and organizing work areas
• Preparing materials for production
• Supporting shipping and production teams as needed
• Learning to operate basic printing and production equipment

This is a “jump in where needed” position, so flexibility and a positive attitude are extremely important.

Overtime Expectations

This position includes significant overtime during election printing season (June–October).

During peak season, employees can expect:

• Regular 50–80 hour work weeks
• 6–7 day work weeks during October
• Strong earning potential through overtime pay

Candidates should be comfortable working extended hours during busy production periods.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $17.00/hr
• Increases to $18.00/hr upon permanent hire
• Benefits available upon permanent employment
