Call Center Agent

Main Duties:
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, appointments, estimates, and customer inquiries.
Schedule in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and appointments for the sales team.
Coordinate and confirm demo appointments with prospective customers.
Provide customers with information regarding products, services, installation timelines, and financing options.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Coordinate with sales representatives, project managers, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth communication.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
Confirm appointments and follow up with customers before and after demonstrations or installations.
Assist with generating and qualifying new leads through phone outreach campaigns.
Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, demos scheduled, and customer satisfaction.
Process administrative tasks including data entry, emails, and customer documentation.
Maintain knowledge of company products, promotions, and industry standards related to windows and doors.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s professionalism and commitment to quality service.
