We are seeking a professional and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations for a financial branch. The ideal candidate will have previous banking or financial industry experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing excellent customer service while building relationships within the community.

 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Lead, coach, and support branch staff to meet performance goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with financial needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and security procedures
• Handle escalated member concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor branch performance, productivity, and sales goals
• Assist with opening new accounts, loans, and other financial products/services
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach efforts to promote the credit union
• Support team coverage and work overtime when needed

Qualifications

• Previous banking, credit union, or financial industry experience preferred
• Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with computers and financial software systems
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and represent the organization at community events
