Recruiter / Hiring Specialist – High‑Energy, People‑Focused Role

$50,000–$65,000 per year: $42,000 to $50,000/Year base salary + Commissions

We’re looking for a high‑energy Recruiter / Hiring Specialist who can connect quickly with people, manage multiple priorities, and help match great candidates with great companies. This is a fast‑moving, people‑driven role where your personality and hustle matter.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Interview candidates and learn their strengths
• Make 100–150 outgoing calls daily to applicants, current associates, clients, and prospective clients
• Source talent through local events, job fairs, flyering, and community partnerships
• Write clear job postings and candidate summaries
• Match people to jobs in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and office roles
• Build relationships with candidates and local employers
• Stay organized while juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Use Microsoft Office daily (Word, Excel, Outlook) to track activity and communicate clearly

• Experience in sales, customer service, serving/bartending, retail, call centers, or similar roles
• Comfortable being on the phone, in the community, and constantly interacting with people
