Salary: $23-$27/hr

We have a client in Plymouth, MN looking for 2nd shift powder coaters to join their team! 

Hours: Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm - you would have to train on 1st shift (Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm) for a few weeks!

Pay: $23-$27/hr depending on experience. 

 

• Clean, sand, or sandblast parts to ensure proper adhesion of the powder coat.
• Operate electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coatings, controlling thickness and coverage to meet quality standards
• Monitor and operate curing ovens to bake parts at the correct temperature and time for a hard, even finish
•  Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on spray guns, ovens, and related equipment
• Inspect coated parts for defects, ensure color accuracy, and maintain records of parts, colors, and coating specifications
