• Monday – Friday
• First Shift, 7am – 3:30pm

Duties:

• Inspect metal components and finished surfaces for imperfections, rough spots, or inconsistencies.
• Choose and prepare appropriate blasting materials based on product specifications and surface condition.
• Operate abrasive blasting equipment to clean, smooth, and finish metal surfaces by removing rust, weld residue, scratches, and other surface defects.
• Ensure finished products maintain a clean, uniform appearance that meets quality standards.
• Buff and polish designated areas in preparation for labeling, branding, or finishing applications.
• Monitor blasting materials and replace media as needed to maintain equipment performance and finish quality.
• Follow workplace safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with additional production or shop responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

What we look for…

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or industrial setting is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable using hand tools, production equipment, and working with metal materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work as needed.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
