Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records in the DSD system
• Provide information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Monitor customer feedback and communicate recurring concerns to management
• Meet customer service performance goals and response times
• Stay current on product knowledge and company updates

Customer Service Representative Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Flexible schedule availability preferred
