Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and organized candidates for a Property Manager position with a Real Estate and Property Management Company. This position will pay DOE, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. 

Responsibilities:

• Process rent/utility payments
• Assist with collections
• Prepare lease agreements
• Assist with budgeting
• Resolve resident disputes/complaints
• Responsible for leasing units, maintain online listings, conduct regular inspections, oversee maintenance requests, walk/drive property, report property concerns
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have 3-5 years Property Management experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication
• Possess excellent computer skills
• Pays attention to details
