Maintenance Technician - Machine

Located in Ashland City, TN

Salary: $25 - $28 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville and Dickson are currently seeking experienced and efficient candidates for a Maintenance Technician position with a Recycling Center in Ashland City. This position will pay between $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, and hours are Monday- Friday from 5:00 A.M.- 3:30 P.M.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up machines, diagnosing issues, welding parts and general maintenance skills
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with Company procedures, rules and regulations
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have Maintenance Technician experience
• Must have MIG welding and Mechanical experience
• Capable of occasionally lifting materials up to 25 lbs.
• Capable of repetitive physical movements such as bending, stooping, and lifting products above the shoulders if necessary
• Capable of standing/walking on concrete for long periods of time
• Capable of working in a noisy, loud environment
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steel toed shoes/boots, Safety Eyewear, and earplugs.
