We are seeking a reliable, motivated Accounting & Business Administration Specialist to join our team in a long-term, permanent full-time position. This role supports accounting operations, purchasing, business administration, and works closely with our HR & Payroll department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (3-way matching & vendor payments).
- Accounts Receivable.
- Customer invoicing.
- Input and management of customer purchase orders (POs).
- Assist Purchasing with internal vendor purchase orders.
- Assist with staffing and interview scheduling.
- Filing, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Support business administrative schedules.
- Run reports for managers.
- Assist with HR & Payroll documentation and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, administrative support, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, choose from 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm
