About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Telecom Construction Rollout project. This role will work closely with the PMO team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project documentation, order tracking, and administrative coordination are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in telecom construction project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation on a regular basis
• Utilize Avetta to monitor compliance and credentialing documentation
• Utilize Scopeworker to manage field scopes of work, work orders, and project deliverables
• Ensure all closeout documents are received, reviewed, and uploaded accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and distribute order status reports, including shipment and delivery tracking
• Prepare and distribute meeting recaps and action item logs following project meetings and reviews
• Escalate missing documentation, delays, or risks to the Senior Director in a timely manner
• Ensure all project documentation is organized, up to date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders

 

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within telecom, construction, or a related industry
• Proficiency in Scopeworker for scope and work order management
• Experience with Avetta for compliance and credentialing tracking
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale telecom construction or network rollout projects
• Familiarity with telecom infrastructure terminology and construction workflows
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus not required
