LOCAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN SUISUN CITY IS SEEKING AN OFFICE ASSISTAN/ACCOUNING CLERK! THIS IS A TEMPORARY CONTRACT THAT WILL LAST 3-4 MONTHS AND THE HOURS ARE PART TIME. THE PAY RATE IS $25.00 - $35.00 AN HOUR DOE!

 

Essential Duties:

Knowledge of Sage Timberline Construction Software is a plus. 

Job duties to include timecard entries, processing of weekly payroll. 

Calculating and paying payroll taxes and quarterly payroll reports. 

Monthly union reporting, monthly sales tax reporting. 

Account payable, accounts receivable. 

Submitting and maintaining construction billing documents and files. 

Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card statements. Knowledge of excel and word documents.
