Customer Service Coordinator

Job Duties: 

• Answering phones 
• Using Quickbooks to compile reports and data 
• Follow up with customers
• Use programs such as Chat GPT, Google Earth, QuickBooks, Excel
• File papers 
• Occasional travel in town as needed for things like bank deposits 
• Customer service 

Requirements: 

• Must have knowledge using QuickBooks as that is they primary program used 
• Able to use Chat GPT and Google Earth
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills 
• Must have valid DL and reliable transportation drive in town if needed 
• Must be able to work independently 

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
