Shipping Clerk – Express Employment Professionals (Tulsa, OK)
Location: 4316 S Peoria Avenue, Tulsa, OK
Pay: $18 per hour, weekly pay

Hours: 10am-6:30pm/Monday-Friday
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This role ensures accurate, timely movement of materials and supports warehouse efficiency.
Receive incoming materials, register them in the system, and pair RFID tags correctly
Prepare outgoing shipments and verify incoming shipments
Organize inventory for efficient retrieval and workflow
Create Bills of Lading from work orders provided by loaders
Schedule unloading and loading appointments to ensure proper staffing and timing
Maintain files and prepare regular shipping/receiving reports for management
Document and report damages to inventory
Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve customer or carrier concerns
Ensure compliance with environmental management systems
Provide strong customer service to customers, carriers, brokers, and drivers
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to problem-solve shipping or inventory issues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
