Maintenance Technician – $26/Hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with half-day Fridays

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on laser cutting machines, press brakes, and air compressors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain and repair computer-driven systems and automated machinery.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before downtime occurs.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills required.
• Experience working with laser cutting machines, press brakes, and air compressors preferred.
• Comfortable working with computer-controlled equipment and automated systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and perform mechanical repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
