Job Title: Shop Helper / Machine Operator Assistant
Pay: $15–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

Seeking a dependable Shop Helper to support daily production operations. This role includes material handling and assisting with operation of CNC press brake and shear machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Assist with operation of CNC press brake and shear machines
• Measure, move, and organize materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions
• Support team in meeting production goals

Requirements

• Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
