Our client in Cedar Rapids, IA is looking for a Marketing Support Associate!

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to assist with grassroots marketing efforts throughout Eastern Iowa, primarily in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City areas. This position involves traveling to designated neighborhoods, distributing marketing materials door-to-door, documenting completed drop-offs, and working from assigned address lists. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, driving between locations, and walking for extended periods throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and representing a company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver flyers and promotional materials to residential neighborhoods by placing materials on door handles
• Travel to assigned locations throughout Eastern Iowa, primarily Cedar Rapids and Iowa City
• Document completed deliveries and maintain accurate records of assigned routes
• Work from provided address lists and follow daily route assignments
• Walk extensively throughout neighborhoods during shifts
• Maintain professionalism while representing the company in the community
• Communicate with supervisors regarding completed areas, progress updates, and any issues encountered
• Follow all company procedures and safety expectations while working independently in the field

Qualifications:
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between work locations
• Must be dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable walking for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document completed work
• Previous marketing, delivery, canvassing, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Hours:
• 8-hour shifts
• 3–5 days per week
• Weekend availability required

Pay:
• $20/hour
