Salary: $18 to $24 hr.

What is the opportunity?

·         We are hiring warehouse associates to join the team of a leading regional distributor of industrial supplies to construction contractors. Early career and experienced candidates will be considered.

You will spend your time:

·         Perform a variety of warehouse activities to include unloading trucks, receiving inventory into the computerized inventory system, staging inventory in its designated area, picking orders, assembling orders for shipping, coordinate shipping logistics, load trucks, etc.

·         Utilize various forklifts, RF Scanners, measuring and cutting instruments, computerized inventory systems in the completion of your duties.

·         Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.

·         Other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates typically possess the following:

·         Experience in a variety of warehouse or construction roles is preferred.

·         Job history of good performance and longevity.

·         Good organization and problem-solving skills.

·         Detail and accuracy oriented.

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Full physical abilities (Strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.

·         Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

·         Starting Compensation: $18 to $24 hr., depending on experience.
