We have partnered with a local Exporting Company. They provide full export management services with International logistics.

 

Summary:

 

We are looking for a Bi-Lingual Services Coordinator.  The best candidate will be bilingual in Spanish/English. Capable written and spoken communicator. Ethical, energetic, and efficient

 

Qualifications:

 

• Produce timely and accurate export documentation, including proforma quotations.
• Support customer service manager, sales manager and accountant
• Assist in maintaining, updating and improving current systems for workflow and documentation
• Assist in occasional special projects.
• Experience with non-MS cloud-based programs
• Experience with International logistics
• Assertive character
• Willing to work part-time, 4 or 5 days per week
• Collaborative spirit that enjoys teamwork
• Reliable ability with basic math

 

Schedule:

• Approximately 20 hrs / week to begin.
• 4 or 5 days per week.
• Initially, all in office, after 6 weeks, hybrid optional
