Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are looking for a motivated Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who are looking to grow their skills and advance within a company that promotes from within.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate punch press machines to produce components used in pneumatic valves
• Assemble small parts according to production requirements
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production goals
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
• Proven troubleshooting ability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization

Equipment Used:

• Mori Seiki machines
• Miyano machines
• Fanuc RoboDrill equipment
• Torque guns
• Wrenches and other hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to kneel as needed during production tasks
• Capability to work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
