A growing team is seeking a motivated and competitive Lead Generator to support business development efforts through outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and pipeline development.  This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in launching a career in sales, marketing, or business development while gaining hands-on experience building relationships within the local business community.

What the Role Involves

• Outbound telephone calls and follow-up activity
• LinkedIn networking and social media outreach
• B2B door pulls and prospecting activity
• Setting appointments and generating qualified leads
• Building and maintaining a target prospect pipeline
• CRM updates, email communication, and administrative support tasks

This role follows a consistent “drip” cadence of prospect communication and relationship-building activity.

Compensation & Benefits

• Part-time or full-time opportunity (25–40 hours/week)
• Competitive base pay plus commission and bonuses designed to reward growth and performance
• First-year on-target earnings (OTE): $45,000–$55,000
