Key Responsibilities

•    Previous experience with vacation rental, Airbnb, hotel, or private home turnovers required
•    Ability to assist with preparing properties for guest arrivals and departures
•    Experience with restocking supplies, linens, and housekeeping inventory
•    Ability to lift and carry up to 50–60 lbs regularly
•    Ability to walk up and down stairs throughout shifts
•    Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
•    Ability to assist housekeeping staff with cleaning support as needed
•    Experience identifying and reporting maintenance or property issues
•    Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
•    Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•    Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• GED
• One year of experience in both hotel and house cleaning
