Medical Office Coordinator

Located in Round Rock, TX

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing healthcare and wellness office in Taylor, TX to hire an organized and patient-focused Medical Office Coordinator. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations while helping create a positive and welcoming patient experience in a fast-paced clinic environment.

 

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
(Includes a mid-day break Monday–Thursday.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain efficient patient flow
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays/outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation
• Support office operations and administrative functions as needed
• Assist with patient engagement and marketing initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent patient care and service

 

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of administrative, front office, or healthcare office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus
