The Insurance Service Representative (ISR) plays a key support role within the agency by assisting the agent in managing daily operations and delivering excellent customer service. This role focuses on servicing Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance policies, including auto, home, farm/ranch, and life coverage. Responsibilities include handling policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and client inquiries while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist agents with daily operations and administrative support tasks.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
• Provide timely and professional customer service to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation.
• Support positive client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Ensure clients receive prompt and accurate assistance.
• Coordinate office tasks to help maintain organized agency operations.
