P&C License• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.• Educate clients on insurance products including auto, home, farm/ranch, and life insurance.• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting.• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives.• Provide ongoing support and service to policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.• Maintain accurate client records and follow all company and regulatory guidelines.• Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and market changes.
