Shipping Coordinator
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Shipping Coordinator for a growing logistics and warehouse operation in the South Fort Worth area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company looking for someone dependable, eager to learn, and interested in long-term growth.

This position is split approximately 50% forklift operation and 50% shipping/receiving and logistics support. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping systems and warehouse processes, but the company is willing to train someone who learns quickly and wants to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Perform shipping and receiving duties
• Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Work within ERP, WMS, and/or TMS systems
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Maintain organized inventory and shipping records
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Support daily warehouse and logistics operations

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is a plus
• Ability to learn software systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
