Overview

We are seeking a strategic and bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Supply Chain and Chief of Staff functions within a growing international organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals, strengthen organizational effectiveness, support talent development, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain and executive leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support core HR programs including performance management, compensation planning, training, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through separation.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Texas employment laws, company policies, and risk management practices.
  • Manage employment-based visa and immigration processes, including sponsorship planning for internal and external candidates.
  • Support culture-building initiatives such as employee recognition programs, company events, onboarding integration, and employee experience strategies.
  • Assist with HR budget administration and workforce planning activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience across talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance in the U.S.
  • Experience supporting international or transnational organizations preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment-based immigration and visa processes required.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Texas labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and HIPAA.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience with assessment tools, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
