Administrative Assistant / HR Support (6-Month Contract)

Location: Leesburg, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 

Administrative Assistant / HR Support Summary:

Our client in Leesburg is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant / HR Support professional for a 6-month contract assignment. This role will support daily office operations, onboarding activities, and administrative functions for both Florida and Puerto Rico operations.

 This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and working closely with operations and management teams.

Administrative Assistant / HR Support Responsibilities:

  •        Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding for Florida and Puerto Rico employees
  •          Contact new hires, send onboarding paperwork, and review completed packets
  •         Coordinate travel arrangements for Puerto Rico new hires and terminations
  •         Maintain onboarding, termination, and fleet time-off trackers
  •         Answer phones, distribute mail, and provide general office support
  •          Order office supplies and snacks, prepare copies/documents for management teams
  •          Support Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Fleet with administrative tasks as needed.

  •         Previous administrative, HR, or office support experience preferred
  •         Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  •         Comfortable handling confidential information
  •         Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication
  •          Excellent communication and customer service skills
  •         Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
