Experienced Tax Preparer – CPA Firm

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and experienced Tax Preparer to join a local CPA firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable position with very little overtime and great benefits.

 

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

 

Pay:
Salary is dependent on experience (DOE)

Job Duties Include:

• Preparing individual and business tax returns
• Reviewing financial records, income statements, and documentation
• Ensuring accurate and timely filing of federal and state tax returns
• Communicating with clients to gather necessary tax information
• Assisting with tax planning and identifying potential deductions
• Maintaining confidentiality of client financial information
• Staying current on tax laws and regulations
• Providing general administrative support during tax season

Qualified candidates should have prior tax preparation experience, strong attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
