Bilingual HR Business Partner (Sales & Marketing)

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Sales, Marketing, and External Communications teams in the U.S. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, drive talent acquisition efforts, strengthen employee relations, and support a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across U.S. operations.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through separation.
• Support talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
• Lead and support change management initiatives and internal communications efforts.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Texas employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with social responsibility and foundation teams to support employee-related initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance in the U.S.
• Experience supporting transnational or international organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Texas labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and HIPAA.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with talent management, assessment tools, and organizational development initiatives.
