Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring dependable Bilingual Warehouse Associates for a full-time warehouse and sanitation environment. This role involves picking and packaging products, supporting sanitation operations, and maintaining organization throughout the facility.

We are seeking candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced and gritty environment while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking products accurately based on order requirements.
  • Packaging items securely for shipment and distribution.
  • Assisting within the sanitation department using cleaning supplies and sanitation equipment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout warehouse areas.
  • Following safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Working in a physically active environment involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) REQUIRED.
  • Prior warehouse, packaging, sanitation, or production experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a gritty warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to perform light to medium lifting consistently throughout the shift.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance REQUIRED.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist in multiple areas.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Warehouse picking and packaging experience.
  • Sanitation or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Shifts & Hours

1st Shift

  • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Full-Time
  • Overtime may be available based on production needs

2nd Shift

  • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Full-Time
  • Overtime may be available based on production needs

Pay & Benefits

  • $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, based on experience.
