Job Title: Machine Operator – Fabric/Mesh Safety Fencing

Location: McMinnville, TN

Pay: $15/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime may be required on weekends)

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery that produces high-quality fabric and mesh safety fencing used in new construction and nursery sites. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistent heavy lifting and a strong work ethic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to produce fabric/mesh safety fencing according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Load, unload, and move heavy materials safely throughout the workday.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with general production tasks as needed.
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting consistently throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operations.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, construction materials, or similar industry is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials repeatedly.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods throughout the shift.
