Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving (Forklift Operator) to support warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, warehouse experience, order packing skills, and experience using RF scanners/barcode scanners in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials
• Use RF scanners/barcode scanners for inventory and shipment tracking
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Organize materials and stock in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
• Ensure shipments are packed correctly and meet quality standards
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required
• Warehouse, shipping & receiving, and order packing experience required
• Experience using RF scanners/barcode scanners preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet throughout shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• Monday through Friday (M–F)
• Full-time position
• Overtime as needed

Preferred

• Manufacturing or automotive warehouse experience
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
