Schedule: Full-time, day shift

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Truss Builders for a local Cookeville company. This position is hands-on and requires working with wood, hammers, brackets, and basic building materials to assemble trusses.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble wood trusses according to specifications
• Use hammers, brackets, and basic hand tools
• Measure, position, and secure lumber pieces
• Follow production and safety guidelines
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience with construction, carpentry, or wood assembly is helpful
• Must be comfortable using hand tools
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Must be dependable and able to show up on time
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
