Administrative Assistant – Manufactured & Modular Home Sales Office

We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Administrative Assistant for a manufactured and modular home sales office in North Port, FL. This is an open-ended assignment with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Assist customers and support the sales office with daily administrative tasks
  • Utilize computers and office software proficiently
  • Maintain organization and professionalism within the office
  • Work independently and manage the office alone at times

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Construction knowledge is a plus
  • Permitting experience is a plus, but not required
