Salary: $20 + DOE (Flag Hours)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Mechanic to join a busy and growing team! This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment while ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards are met.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, engine work, and diagnostics
• Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance needs
• Use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate repair documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• ASE Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR required
• Must have own tools
• Previous mechanic experience required
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
