Part-Time Bank Teller

Schedule: 3 days per week | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
The Part-Time Bank Teller serves as the front-line representative of the bank, providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing financial transactions. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle cash and sensitive information with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Verify customer identity and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with bank policies
• Balance cash drawer daily, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Receive and count cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments while ensuring proper documentation
• Provide customers with account information, statements, and assistance with account services
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all banking regulations
• Assist with opening and closing accounts as needed
• Support branch operations, including filing, organizing documents, and assisting team members
• Deliver a positive customer experience by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building relationships
