Press Feeder – 12 Hour Night Shift, Career Growth + Excellent Benefits!

A growing manufacturing facility in De Soto, KS is hiring dependable Press Feeders for a 12-hour night shift position. This is a physically demanding role with strong long-term career potential for candidates interested in advancing into 2nd Pressman and 1st Pressman opportunities.

Schedule & Pay:
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule includes 2 weekdays plus rotating weekends (Friday–Sunday)
Competitive pay based on experience
Raises every 6 months, 3 weeks PTO, and strong health insurance benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the printing press running efficiently during production runs
• Assist with press setup and preparation for scheduled jobs
• Help maintain proper material flow throughout press runs
• Monitor ink levels and assist the press crew as needed
• Perform light machine maintenance and assist with inventory tasks
• Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong reliability and attendance are essential
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Must be comfortable bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
