Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional for an Accounting Role to manage and maintain accurate financial records and support the overall financial health of the organization. This role is essential for ensuring compliance, facilitating informed decision-making, and driving operational efficiency across the Group.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections.
• Execute and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

 

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience as an Accountant, 3 to 5 years of experience
  
• English is required, Spanish is a plus 
  
• Quick books experience preferred but not required.
