Mechanic Position

Located in Hopkinsville, KY

Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking experienced candidates for a Mechanic position with a Landscaping Supply Company.  This position will pay DOE, and the hours are Monday - Friday from 8am-5:00pm. 

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on heavy equipment (skid steers, tractors, and related landscaping machinery)
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes and inspections
• Perform light welding and fabrication when required
• Maintain accurate records
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Possess a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites located in Hopkinsville, Murray, and Clarksville
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must have previous experience with Heavy Equipment 
• Welding experience is a plus
• Able to utilize diagnosing tools and hand tools
