Administrative Associate / Front Desk Support

Located in Cumberland Furnace, TN

Salary: $18 - $20 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking friendly and organized candidates for an Administrative Associate position with a Counseling Center. This position will pay $18 - $20 per hour and the hours are M-F from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Responsibilities:

• Greet internal and external guests in a welcoming, joyful manner
• Answer and manage multiple calls at one time
• Enter necessary data and information into the computer
• Perform Administrative tasks such as printing, organizing, email communications, mail mergers, data entry, etc.
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Has High School Diploma
• Previous experience with high call volume is required
• Able to multi-task
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook/calendar
• Possesses time management, organizational and communicative skills
• Pays attention to details
• Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines
