We are currently hiring reliable and experienced warehouse associates for a fast-paced distribution center in Tolleson, AZ. This facility handles a wide range of industrial materials including parts, tubing, metals, and general warehouse products.

This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term career potential for dependable individuals who are looking to grow in a stable warehouse environment.

Pickers: $19/hr
Packers: $21/hr
Reach Operators (Hyster): Competitive pay based on experience

?? Schedule

Monday – Friday
Shift options:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime available
Must be open to working some Saturdays as needed

?? Open Positions & Responsibilities

?? Reach Operator (Hyster)

Operate Hyster Reach Truck safely and efficiently
Pull and stage pallets, cases, and single-item orders
Load, unload, and move inventory throughout warehouse
Work with warehouse paperwork including packing slips and order documents
Use wrapping and strapping equipment
Maintain accuracy and speed in a high-volume environment
Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures

?? Pickers

Pick orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory
Use packing slips and handheld tools to complete orders
Stage items for packing or shipping
Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with every order

?? Pay: $19/hr

?? Packers

Pack and prepare orders for shipment
Verify product accuracy and quality before packing
Label, seal, and stage completed orders for shipping
Follow shipping instructions and documentation requirements
Maintain clean and organized packing stations

?? Pay: $21/hr

?? Requirements (All Positions)

Warehouse experience preferred
Reach Truck (Hyster) experience required for operator role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills (multiplication and division helpful)
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout entire shift
Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
