Maintenance Technician

Salary: $23-$26

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and optimization of facility equipment and machinery to ensure smooth plant operations and minimize downtime. This position is responsible for assisting with preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintaining maintenance records while supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, coordinating with outside contractors, repairing shop equipment, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Candidates must be able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of general facility maintenance experience
• At least 2 years of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments
• Forklift and crane certifications required (training provided)

This is a Safety Sensitive position under Oklahoma law.
