Position Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector to join their team in Wilsonville. This role is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products for quality and compliance
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Identify defects and non-conforming materials; report issues to supervisors or quality management
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards, policies, and safety procedures
• Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (data entry, reporting, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–50 lbs]
• Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools

Pay: $19/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3 PM-11:30 PM
