We are looking for a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain apartment units and community areas to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents. The ideal candidate has strong experience in general maintenance and troubleshooting repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, buildings, and common areas
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Use maintenance software to track repairs and work orders
• Ensure all work is completed safely and follows company policies and safety regulations
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
• Help train or assist other maintenance staff when needed

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge general maintenance repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and power tools safely
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various weather conditions
