Cherry Picker Operator

Express Employment on 61st and Center is recruiting for 2nd Shift Cherry Pickers to join a local company here in the Omaha Metro Area!

Position Details:

• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: 2nd shift - 4pm-12am
• Location: Omaha, NE/Springfield, NE
• Pay/Salary: $20/hour

Job Duties:

• Lift 50lbs consistently.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including updating stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure that all items are properly labeled and handled according to safety and quality standards.
• Perform regular housekeeping tasks to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role.
• MUST HAVE ability to operate CHERRY PICKER
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
