We are hiring for a Weekend Day Fabricator position working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to work a full-time schedule in just three days.

Bonus Pay:
If you work all three scheduled shifts, you will receive an additional 4 hours of pay, bringing your total weekly pay to 40 hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a fabrication machine called an Advancer
• Perform repeated pushing and pulling motions while operating equipment
• Maintain productivity and safety standards on the production floor
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

This position is very labor-intensive and requires strong physical ability.

• Ability to lift more than 60 lbs independently
• Strong core and upper body strength
• Ability to perform repeated push/pull movements throughout the shift
• Capable of short bursts of heavy physical activity
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods of time

Ideal Candidate

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
• Reliable and able to work all scheduled weekend shifts
• Able to follow instructions and work safely around machinery
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
