Express is supporting an industry leader in their search for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, and ensuring all outgoing items meet quality standards. This is a fast-paced position that plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or handheld scanners
• Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping
• Label packages correctly and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and reading skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Forklift or pallet jack experience (if applicable)

Work Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
