Part-time Medical Scheduler – Surgical Center
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Part-time, 24–30 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:30AM–3:30PM or 10:00AM–4:00PM)
Pay: $17–$18/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule surgeries, pre-op appointments, and follow-ups
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurance providers
• Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations
• Ensure accuracy in patient records and scheduling system
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in medical scheduling or healthcare administration preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume scheduling with accuracy
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer skills
