What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily branch operations and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Coach, train, and develop branch associates
  • Build strong customer relationships and grow branch business
  • Drive loan, deposit, and revenue growth goals
  • Open consumer and business accounts and support banking transactions
  • Assist with customer inquiries, account services, and phone support
  • Create and manage branch sales and service plans
  • Maintain compliance with banking policies and regulations
  • Support branch scheduling, reporting, and operational procedures
  • Participate in community events and business development activities
  • Promote banking products and financial services to customers
  • Help maintain a positive team environment focused on service and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Previous banking, financial services, or branch leadership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional office environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to handle confidential customer information professionally
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • NMLS certification or ability to obtain registration required
  • Ability to obtain Notary certification
  • Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
